Open Event: A short memorial service celebrating the founder of the Order of the Eastern Star and the first Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron of Delaware Chapter No. 1 who were instrumental in forming the Grand Chapter. Afterward, we will adjourn to local restaurant for dutch treat lunch.
